Specifically, I am currently engaged in research regarding two matters related to the above: the antecedents and expression of ethical behavior at the workplace and the impact of religion and spirituality at work. In addition to the above, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and the emergence of increased numbers of remote worker, I have been engaged in research related to how organizations can best communicate with employees so as to ensure optimal individual and organizational outcomes.
